Those of you with small children know they are brutally honest. I admire their ability to value truth over all else. Somewhere along the way, we lose this in fear of looking mean or through concern of another’s feelings. However, those few times in our professional lives that another is honest with us truly sets us up for success. Seek those who are willing to be honest and strive to be that person for others.
