Why is it that we feel the need to argue and fight with one another when faced with a problem? We see an injustice or are personally wronged and immediately move to passing blame. Finger pointing and highlighting each other’s flaws have a zero percent success rate. They only create the feeling within ourselves and others to point back and defend our own position.
