We all experience conflict. It is important to growth. Without introducing conflict to our muscles through exercise, they would never grow. The same is true with our teams. When we avoid or ignore the conflicts that arise, we are avoiding and ignoring opportunities to grow. Lean into the conflict and get to the root of the issue: attack the problem, not the person.
