I think of resumes as what we have accomplished, not what we are going to achieve. Yes I have written some cool stuff down on paper, but does that guarantee I will deliver? Nope. However, if you actually lay hands on the work I am doing, you will know what to expect from me. Practice excellence in all you do and let your work do the talking.
