This is hard to do nowadays with the pressures of the Forced Distro; however, just because the system has changed doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our virtues. It is always better to have others talk about how great you are than you trumpeting your own victories. If you are doing the work that adds value to the team, people will notice. You can’t hide talent.
