Today is the day we remember the attacks on Pearl Harbor and the brave men and women who served during that event. It is important to never forget this day as it taught us many lessons about being prepared. I remember being on the flightline during the 9/11 attacks at Dover AFB (midway between NYC and the Pentagon) and a SNCO had us moving planes and equipment to avoid clusters. This day also taught the world that we could suffer a major loss and then get right back into the fight. Don’t ever forget the lessons we learn on days like this and don’t ever forget who we are when we unite against a common enemy or problem!
