Do you Affect Change?

Not sure if this has anything to do with the quote…just a random thought sparked by it: I love to see what happens when someone gains a new team or program. There are those who take on a program that is very good and put their efforts on cruise control. They ride the wave of success their predecessor created and hope to gain similar accolades. Then there are those who take on a program and try to keep things flowing smooth, but also try to fix small issues as they arise. The same is true for bad programs…it is just those get more attention because they are deficient. The good programs are the ones that truly test another’s talent.
