Interview Yourself??

Do you ever wonder how you are doing at your job? You can always ask for feedback or you can wait for your annual appraisal…but why wait…you can find out for yourself. Have you ever tried to interview yourself for your own job?? Pretty easy really, just think of 3-5 typical interview questions and write down the answers to them…or better yet, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself the answers. Tell me about one of your most recent goals you’ve reached and how you achieved it? Tell me about something you have improved and how you implemented it? What is your biggest weakness? How would you improve on that? There are plenty of questions out there…just Google them, you pick the questions you want to answer. Give it a try…then answer the question, would you hire you for your job??? Answer that question and then you’ll know where you have to go from there. Have a great day!
