Who is that?

Have you ever been notified that there was going to be a big “organizational meeting” being held by “fill in the name” and everyone had to attend? Then you look at the person’s name and ask “Who is that?”. I know I have and then was shocked when I found out the answer. I’ve heard Commander, Superintendent, Vice President of the Division. Then I thought to myself…why don’t I know who this person is???

If you are one of those people…or plan to be one day, think about that. Do you want folks asking the question “who is that?” when they hear your name? Even more, think about what you are going to be saying to this group of people. Are you going to talk about you and what you care about or them and what they care about?? There is no right or wrong answer…it is all situational but something to think about. Have a great day!!
